Step-by-Step Application Procedure
We are with you every step of the way. Because the Italian intake process takes 12–18 months of early planning, we keep you on track.
Consultation & Pre-Vetting
Choose your university and study program. We pre-vet your eligibility.
Commitment
Pay your AFRISMO fully refundable support fee deposit (€500).
Admission
Get your admission letter from the Universitaly portal.
Visa Application
We guide you through the Type D Long-Stay Visa, including financial proof preparation (approx. Ksh 1,050,000 running balance).
Pre-Departure & Relocation
Pay your housing deposit and the final AFRISMO balance (€500). We assist with your flight, residence permit (Permesso di Soggiorno), and local bank accounts upon arrival.
