About Us
Founded and established in Brescia, a town in northern Italy just one hour from Milan (Italy’s Economic and Business Capital) AFRISMO (African Student Mobility) is an international student mobility project aiming at building bridges and creating opportunities for youths from Africa and Europe alike.
With local offices in Thika, a business town located an hour from the Kenya’s Capital, Nairobi, we seek to put our connections, network, knowledge and almost thirty years of experience organising cultural and language-based programmes in Italy and Kenya at the service of young women and men from Africa by opening gateways to affordable quality education and cultural exposure to forge the future leaders and stakeholders in both countries.
Besides being staunch believers in the potential of Africa, we also believe that exposure is the key to personal growth. We pride ourselves on empowering young women and men by helping them find their academic footing and calling as they pursue their dreams and prepare to take on the challenges of an ever-competitive job market and world in general.
